Hassan Saeed, BSc (Hons)

Managing Partner

Hassan graduated with a BSc in Economics and Management from University of London. Hassan’s experience comprises an in depth background within Corporate Strategy, representing a number of FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations, advising on corporate strategy and best practices. Hassan subsequently established a social housing provider (HQH Group) which has quickly risen to becoming one of the Midlands most renowned service user centric providers based on an ethos of addressing the social needs of those experiencing homelessness within the exempt accommodation sector. HQH group has worked closely with portfolio landlords and housing associations to improve their operational efficiencies and increase and fund the supply of High Quality Homes. Hassan has been recognised by Birmingham Mail, the Local Authority (NACRO, Birmingham City Council, Dudley Council) and numerous charitable organisations (Crisis, Sifa, National Probation service) for exceptional work within the sector and seeks to introduce institutional capital into social housing in order to raise housing standards and provide the government with good value for money. 

Romaan Hussain, BSc (Hons)

Investment Director

Romaan holds an extensive background within property development, property management and financial services. Romaan has worked within the Corporate Finance Division of a boutique investment firm (Allenby Capital) focussing specifically on the AIM market. Subsequently, Romaan has worked to establish a property consultancy based in the Midlands that manages Commercial, Residential, Student and Co-Living accommodation. Romaan is also involved in his Family Office that acquires, develops and manages over 400 units in the Midlands comprising; mixed use developments, commercial units, student housing, apartments, residential housing and HMOs. Romaan utilises his experience to identify and acquire High Quality Housing within HQH Group and in doing so has built a network of social property owners and a confirmed pipeline of over 200 units specifically within Social Housing. Romaan has worked to secure one of the largest privately owned Support Centre’s in Birmingham which has been featured in Birmingham Mail.

Paula Miluska, (B.Arch)

Investor Relations

Paula graduated with BArch in Architecture from Birmingham City University. As an Investor Relations professional at Poseidon, Paula’s focus is on developing and implementing a proactive investor relations strategy that communicates both current performance and long-term strategy. Paula manages monthly corporate and quarterly communications with investors. Constantly collaborating with fund managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that PCM is clearly communicating to all of its stakeholders its mission, performance, and most importantly its values.  Paula also analyses and presents to the management team changes in market trends and competitive behaviour, shareholder concerns and feedback, and other factors to improve the business.

Stefan Dean, MBA

Board Member 

Stefan has worked in Supported Housing for circa 40 years and has experience at all levels. Stefan has a master’s in business administration and can therefore combine practical experience with a knowledge of strategic planning and change management. He also has extensive experience of managing staff and overseeing the finance function. Stefan has held positions of Chief executive for a one of the largest housing association.
